| Tom Monaghan knows his abalone. As an abalone diver since the 1970s, and then owner of the popular Crab Cottage, a successful seafood restaurant in Princeton-by-the-Sea, California, Tom knows about quality when it comes to abalone. His involvement in the industry and with the product are so complete, that Tom also designs exquisite jewelry made from abalone shells. Tom's daughter Meagan grew up soaking in this knowledge, and today is co-owner of GOLDEN GATE ABALONE. |
